All our items ship for free to anywhere in Australia via our standard shipping options. Express shipping options may be available for an extra fee.

We ship Australia wide! Unfortunately we are unable to ship items internationally.

Small Items

If your order only contains small items like ADSL filters, splitters and connectors are sent by Australia Post Mail or Parcel Post. Shipping time will vary depending on where you are in Australia. We’ll provide you with the Australia Post tracking ID where applicable so you can track your package.

If you’ve also ordered large items that are courier delivered, we’ll include the small items with the courier delivery.

Large Items

Large items are only able to be sent by courier. We use Pack & Send.

Shipping to Post Office Boxes

Only small items that are shipped via Australia Post are able to be sent to Post Office Boxes. Large items like TV Antennas and mounting pole kits are shipped by courier and need to be sent to a physical address.

Delivery Times

We usually send packages the next business day after you place your order.

If your package goes missing

If it’s been longer than the expected delivery time, check the parcel tracking with the item number we’ll supply you. If you’ve allowed the expected shipping times to pass and still haven’t received your package, please contact us at support@digitaltvhelp.com.au.

If your item has got lost in transit we will resend it to you as soon as we can.
